Job Description

A large End-user that makes a huge impact in Canada is looking for a bilingual Salesforce Administrator to work with team members, clients and more to strengthen relationships and support the Salesforce platform.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and resolve issues with Salesforce and any related tools
  • Provide technical support in French and English to customers
  • Ability to fix and enhance the CRM using many tools, potential 3rd part apps or add-ins
  • Keeping detailed documentation of specifically designed solutions and processes
  • Aid in translating business needs into technical requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, IT, or any related field
  • 3 years CRM technical support experience
  • Fluent in English and French, speaking and writing
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
