Job Description

A small End-user in Canada is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Specialist to work with team members, support customers and to strengthen the Salesforce platform and its Marketing automations.



Role & Responsibilities:
  • In charge of all marketing aspects and managing the CRM
  • Strategize best ways to engage customers and generate in person and online sales
  • Using creativity to come up with new ways to drive business up, also using consumer data
  • Support marketing implementations
  • Keep detailed reports on system performance and identify new opportunities for growth, also tracking daily metrics
  • Working with marketing and web teams




Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience and CRM management, marketing automations
  • eCommerce experience associated with brick and mortar retail
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing channels
  • In depth understanding of the fundamentals of email
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet business requirements
  • Strong problem solving skills, through analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Leadership qualities, organized, time management
