You will be responsible for the day-to-day support for the team that will work manage and developed things like dashboards, reports, custom features, and software testing. You will work within a highly motivated and diverse team.
-Basic administrative tasks such as dashboards and reports.
-Interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners.
-Act within a cross functional team.
-Provide strategic consulting of best practices, training programs, and the use of CRM applications to end users
-3+ years in the Salesforce industry and configuration experience.
-Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds.
-Proficiency with salesforce object, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
