Salesforce Administrator/Pardot Specialist - Fort Wayne, IN - $90,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Salesforce and Partner Community and all integrated apps
  • 2+ years experience using Pardot and Marketing Automation tools
  • Proactive identification of areas of improvement with Salesforce
  • Lead best practice design and implementation of contact and account models
  • Provide expert insights on Salesforce within B2B, distributed sales team enterprises
  • Participate in cross-functional planning of data entry, audits, cleanup and process definition
  • Supporting SFDC consolidations of multiple orgs
  • Maintain the Integrity, security and performance of the SFDC platform
  • Perform all admin functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

Qualifications and Experience
  • Desired but not required -Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Computer Science or related program
  • Required: Enterprise-Level Salesforce Experience with 2+ Internal Organizations and 1500-2000 Internal Users
  • Will accept combination of technical training and professional experience
  • 2+ years B2B Salesforce administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, Certified Pardot Specialist
  • Solid understanding and proven leadership in Salesforce best practices
  • Mastery of Salesforce, SFDC data models, workflows and org hierarchies
  • Ideal to have experience with Pardot, and Salesforce communities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal direction
  • Ability to articulate concepts and work with business partners to co-develop and lead SFDC deliverables
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about good sales information design
  • Ability to thoughtfully plan and organize for on-time project delivery
