Salesforce Developer - Remote - $90,000



As the Salesforce Developer for this client, you will help to lead the strategy and design of the SFDC platform, support the SFDC consolidation and cleanup initiative across this client's business unit, and support the SFDC re-architecting to meet enterprise best practices. Strong candidates for this role are adept at strategic thinking, business and process analysis, SFDC configuration, and enterprise SFDC data models.

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
  • Communicate between departments to understand their business processes; customize and configure systems accordingly
  • Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, configurations, reports, and dashboards
  • Provide training to individuals and user groups in and out of the company
  • Write external articles on best practices of Salesforce and related works
  • Perform excellent client-facing written and verbal communications
  • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with cloud ERP and CRM systems and integration elements as they arise
  • Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and data maintenance efforts
  • Manage multiple Cloud offerings of Salesforce (e.g. Sales, Services, Community, Nonprofit, etc.)




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field of study
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong object-oriented design programming skills
  • Strong database management skills
  • Intermediate and above skills in Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL
  • Intermediate and above skills with REST/SOAP
  • Strong skillset in Lightning Development (Aura/LWC)
  • Intermediate to strong skill in extra languages on top of Salesforce
  • 2+ years' experience
  • Salesforce certificates beyond Certified System Administrator
  • Experience with AWS, Heroku, and other cloud platforms
  • Experience in versioning and continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.)
