      • Be the in-house Marketo lead/expert for all new campaigns.
      • Work cross functionally to build and measure the success of new campaigns and automation as needed to support email marketing campaigns for product launches, sales promotions, subscriber webinars/events, etc.
      • Develop, implement, and maintain our automation programs focused on client lifecycle management
      • Oversee inbound inquiry routing and form creation.
      • Ensure seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce for inbounds to reach the sales team
      • Identify ways Marketo can increasingly support overall business objectives.
      • Responsible for Marketo database accuracy, cleanliness, and ensuring Marketo functions and syncs within tech stack, including managing lists, opt ins and opt outs.

Qualifications:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience working with Marketo
    • Marketo Certified Expert
    • Experience working with Salesforce (salesforce Admin Certification preferred)
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and Velocity scripting required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
