Role & Responsibilities
  • Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing the roadmap.
  • Work closely with business users in Sales, New Business, Underwriting, and Operations, technical resources and developers in the Solutions and Technology Department to configure, test, train, and launch requirements as agreed upon.
  • Responsible for continuous improvements to efficiently and effectively support the sales funnel.
  • Perform system administrator functions, , capacity management, configuration updates, importing leads, and de-duping data, as well as provide production support by analyzing system issues or defects and coordinating fixes.
  • Develop, implement, and document Salesforce best practices and procedures to ensure quality service is delivered expeditiously. Develop methods and tools to measure and report results. Continually work to identify opportunities for greater sales enablement.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, Systems Engineering, or other related field required.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships, maintain diplomacy, and influence stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales processes, including lead generation and assessment, segmentation, and nurture paths.
  • Experience with life insurance and annuities preferred. Candidates must have a proven ability to balance multiple projects successfully and meet deadlines
  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
