Job Description


Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead Salesforce implementation services delivery
  • Manage a team of professional services staff​, providing coaching and professional development
  • Participate in the performance management process through goal setting and performance reviews
  • Participate in consulting projects as an Engagement Manager to monitor project performance
  • Monitor key business metrics such as client satisfaction on managed projects



Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce.com administrator certification
  • Certified as a Nonprofit Cloud Consultant or an Education Cloud Consultant
  • 4 years of experience in client services or consulting services
  • 3 years of experience managing Salesforce implementations
  • Prior experience managing staff in a professional services environment
  • Salesforce configuration knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities​
  • Experience working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing professional services
