Role & Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
  • Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
  • Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters
  • Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them

Skills & Qualifications
  • Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to negotiate for project delivery success
  • Experience of project planning, issue, risk and change management
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at quality
  • Experience of coaching, developing and managing teams of at least 15 to 20 people
  • Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management
