Salesforce Developer - Remote - $75,000



As the Salesforce Developer for this client, you will help to lead the strategy and design of the SFDC platform, support the SFDC consolidation and cleanup initiative across this client's business unit. Strong candidates for this role are adept at strategic thinking, business and process analysis, SFDC configuration, and enterprise SFDC data models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Salesforce and Partner Community and all integrated apps
  • Configuring, coding, implementing, testing and supporting all SFDC instances
  • Work with Salesforce Sales, Service, Community Clouds as well as with CPQ
  • Proactive identification of areas of improvement with Salesforce
  • Lead best practice design and implementation of contact and account models
  • Provide expert insights on Salesforce
  • Participate in cross-functional planning of data entry, audits, cleanup and process definition
  • Troubleshoot and solve all SFDC issues
  • Supporting SFDC consolidations of multiple orgs
  • Maintain the Integrity, security and performance of the SFDC platform
  • Perform all admin functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks




Qualifications and Experience
  • Desired but not required -Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or related program
  • Experience with Sales, Service and Community Clouds and CPQ
  • Hands-on experience on writing code in Apex, Java 1.6 or higher, JavaScript, XML, HTML 5.
  • Previous experience working with an ERP or Middleware
  • Solid understanding and proven leadership in Salesforce best practices
  • Mastery of Salesforce, SFDC data models, workflows and org hierarchies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal direction
  • Ability to articulate concepts and work with business partners to co-develop and lead SFDC deliverables
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about good sales information design
  • Ability to thoughtfully plan and organize for on-time project delivery
