Salesforce CRM and Marketing Specialist - Remote - $80,000
As the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Specialist for this Michigan-based client, you will act as the content owner and primary administrator of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for departments using CRM, marketing communication tools or marketing data. ResponsibilitiesAssists and manages system users including creating and maintaining profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and queuesMaintains data integrity by performing data maintenance tasks such as de-duping, uploads and other data quality assurance procedures in Salesforce Marketing and Service CloudsAssists in defining requirements and mapping features to new and current business processes; collaborates with IT and third party service providers on implementing technical solutionsDrives and increases user adoption and ensures user satisfaction by identifying training gaps and system problems; provides training and solutionsCollaborates with marketing team to create target lists and advise on opportunities for marketing automationDesigns, documents, builds, tests and deploys enhancements to Salesforce software custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within the software in conjunction with ITReviews and understands general organization drivers and context for development projects and maintains the request/support pipeline; works with internal departments to determine priority, then evaluates and executes requested changesRecommends modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process and reportingResearches changes in upcoming Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud releases, as well as other integrated applications; provides recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Required)
- 3 years marketing and digital analytics experience
- 2 years Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud/Extract Target experience
- 1 year SQL, SQQL or other query language experience
- Salesforce Certification
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
