As a CRM Retention Specialist, you will manage campaign execution for all email and SMS communications across various products (promotional, reactivation communication strategies as well as triggered and campaigns) with a constant focus on optimisation to achieve click-through rate, conversion, and other key engagement goals.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage email marketing deployments (single sends and journeys) through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure you deliver on program goals
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand objectives and provide recommendations
  • Develop emails using HTML and CSS with a good understanding of email functionality across devices and email providers



Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience managing personalised, dynamic email campaigns (Preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience analysing data and using it to come up with testing ideas
  • Experience working in HTML & CSS for Emails
