Working directly with senior-business managers, my Boston-based client is looking for a senior-level Salesforce Administrator to manage their recent global implementation of the platform. You will continue to customize and support the Salesforce CRM platform while also be working with sales, marketing, and operations departments throughout the business. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and leadership qualities who can help the organization utilize their Salesforce platform to it's full extent. This candidate must also be extremely strong in completing configuration and automation work.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing the configuration and architectural roadmap of the Salesforce platform

· Create reports, dashboards, process builders, workflows, flows, etc.

· Provide constant user support and training

· Work closely with senior leadership to gather requirements, provide suggestions for improvement in order to drive business forward


· 5+ year background working directly with the Salesforce platform in an Admin/Business Analyst capacity

· Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across different business divisions

· Comfortable working with and training end-users and solving tickets

· Active certifications including Admin 201

· Deep technical Salesforce knowledge including process improvements, configurations, and administration

· Strong project management and leadership skills

**experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Financial Service Cloud is a major plus
