Salesforce Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing Tech/Internet Business in beautiful rural Dorset.

As a rapidly expanding business, they are increasingly in need of the right person to lead the ongoing day to day administration of Salesforce and learn and grow with them.



Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with the users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, in addition to basic programmatic functionality (flows, process builder, validations, custom objects)
  • Assist in identifying instances of duplicate or corrupt data (due to previous legacy data migrations)
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new minor development requests from users / team leads
  • Work with the technical architect to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the technical architect
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
