Sales Account Executive - Competitive Salary - Flexible Working

We are seeking to add a Sales Account Executive to our growing UK team. In this role you will be responsible for achieving pipeline targets and services bookings, while remaining responsible for driving successful customer outcomes. You are expected to develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory, work with incoming leads, and with channel partners (Salesforce).

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Prospect and build organic pipeline within an assigned territory (ESMB, CBU and EBU)
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Understand customer requirements and build presentations to address business needs
  • Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and support the creation of proposals and Statements of Work
  • Close the sale and manage the sales order process
  • Develop excellent client relationships and maintain focus on company values
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Management, Sales Leadership, Account Management & Service Delivery to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers
  • Keep track of regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in selling Salesforce solutions/products is a plus
  • Good understanding of Cloud/ SaaS platforms, ecosystem technologies and solutions
  • Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services
  • Demonstrate successful selling in a consultative/team environment and building new business within existing territory is essential
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Natural stakeholder and client management; able to lead discussion around complex subject matter
