This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial CRM Retention Specialist to work with one of the fastest growing sports brand in the world. As a CRM Retention Specialist you will be responsible for setting up new and existing customer journeys between the stores and consumers on a global scale. As well as this, you will be tasked with building strategies for growth in the main marketplaces in Europe, USA and China.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and coordinating effective email campaigns
  • AB testing, follow up on data and create a strategy to determine your next action
  • Create new and improve on the customer journeys
  • Taking on new ways to innovate and improve the campaigns by analysing the data

Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar position
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing is a plus
