Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality assurance strategy Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud customizations, Financial Force managed packages and API integrations
  • Build test plans and test cases, run functional/regression tests, document and deliver timely results and suggestions to build team for remediation
  • Lead and build applicable automated regression tests using ACCELQ
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
  • Collaborate and manage QA processes across all functions within Salesforce and connected products
  • Continuously improve QA processes; help drive the on-time and effective delivery of high-quality, enterprise software
  • Implement best practices consistent with an agile development methodology


Qualifications
  • 3+ years QA experience in a Salesforce development environment
  • Expertise with software test management tools and concepts
  • Well-versed in Agile principals
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work closely with engineers
  • Proven ability to drive issues to closure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
