Salesforce Administrator - West Midlands (Flexible Working)
As a Salesforce Administrator you will help drive Salesforce across the business at this globally established end user, providing a range of support across the different orgs. This organisation are looking to add to their experienced Salesforce team due to the strong project pipeline they have coming up.
In this Salesforce Administrator position you will get exposure to a range of the most up to date Salesforce products as well as having a emphasis on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will also have a focus on the day to day customisation within Salesforce, assisting various users with custom objects and page layouts etc. As well as utilising your Salesforce configuration skill set, building out a range of workflows and approval processes. Also, you will play a pivotal role across the instance, supporting various users and creating different training materials within Salesforce for them.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic & Lightning)
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge (Sales & Service Cloud preferred)
- Salesforce customisation and configuration
- Creating training materials and training users
- Stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Building custom reports and dashboards
This end user invest heavily within Salesforce, they accommodate a range of training within the platform and pay for certifications for the team. There is also a lot of flexible working offered within the organisation and are happy to have employees work from home for a majority of the week.
