Job Description

An Established Salesforce end user in the Charity sector is looking to add a new salesforce lead to their salesforce practice.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders to establish needs, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
  • Lead agile meetings with each member of the salesforce team
  • Responsible for deployment of team resources and budget.
  • Build strong relationships with the salesforce team, understand their needs and motivations.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce administrator certification
  • 5/6 years experience as a senior salesforce admin
  • Ability to mentor & lead the CRM team
  • Sales + service cloud experience
  • Knowledge of Agile work practices.
