Marketing Automation Manager (Pardot) - London - up to £55,000
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be leading the team from a technical and strategic standpoint to drive key campaigns for this growing end user. You will be taking ownership of campaigns and ensuring best practice across the team, giving you the exposure to work across a range of projects and build your leadership qualities, increasing your skill set and knowledge as you build out complex customer journeys.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing a variety of campaigns and be a part of the companies ambitious growth plans over the next 12-18 months. You will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, being hands-on with the set up of campaigns when required, and also managing lead nurturing and scoring to ensure the team are targeting and prioritising the best opportunities within the market. Another important part of the role will be data analytics and insights, using your analytical skills through Salesforce and Pardot to report on campaigns against KPI's and objectives. Key skills:
- Marketing Automation experience is essential in a B2B setting (Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo).
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Lead nurturing and Lead scoring
- Strong Salesforce and Pardot analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
- Configuring Business Units
- HTML experience
- Salesforce certifications would be beneficial, but not essential
