Marketing Automation Manager (Pardot) - remote (UK based) - up to £60,000
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the marketing and operations plans to support the overall marketing strategy. You will be taking ownership of campaigns that are sent out to multiple regions, giving you the exposure to work across a range of projects, and will be the main point of contact for the team, giving you a fantastic opportunity to develop and progress your leadership skills.
From day one, you will be managing a variety of campaigns and be a part of the companies ambitious growth plans over the next 12-18 months. You will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, mapping customer journeys through the prospect lifecycle, and also setting up lead nurturing and scoring to ensure you are targeting and prioritising the best opportunities within the market. Another important part of the role will be data analytics and insights, using your analytical skills through Salesforce and Pardot to report on campaigns against KPI's and objectives. Key skills:
- Marketing Automation experience is essential in a B2B setting (Pardot).
- Stakeholder Management
- Integrating campaign activity
- Managing lead pipeline
- Strong Salesforce and Pardot analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
- Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting
- Salesforce certifications would be beneficial, but not essential
