Senior Account Manager.
I am working alongside a global Salesforce platinum partner in search for a senior account manager to join them at an exciting time of growth.
. Report to the VRP of sales.
. Responsible for managing and growing an existing set of strategic clients.
. Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
. Build and maintain relationships at board level.
The successful applicant will have:
. Strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms, ecosystem technologies and solutions.
. Natural stakeholder and client management; able to lead discussion.
. Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
