As a Salesforce Developer for my client's scaling organization, you will work on a team of experienced Salesforce experts. They are currently migrating away from working with a Salesforce Partner by adding FTE employees to the team, and are looking for an experienced technical resource to round out a group of functional experts. The ideal candidate has experience in a Salesforce Developer or hybrid Admin/Developer role for 3+ years and a Platform Developer I Certification. Job Requirements:
  • Technically sound with Salesforce programming tools like custom APEX, Visualforce, Web Components (Lightning & Aura), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc.
  • Highly proficient with Sales and Service Cloud, experience in Salesforce FSL a plus but not required
  • Experience with database tools (SQL, SOQL, SOSL) and database migration
  • Rework legacy systems via technical solutions
  • Comfortable in a robust team environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to identify gaps in declarative work where custom development support is needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required, Developer II preferred. Any others are a plus
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
  • 4+ years' experience with CRM (Salesforce) Systems, or equivalent with another CRM
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Development experience in Salesforce Lightning
  • Third party integration experience

Essential Functions:
  • Act as a key point of contact for fulfilment of Salesforce technical requirements
  • Work on a business unit independent team and be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
  • Question around and work to refine functional requirements translated from business requirements
  • Confidently act as a key technical resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work alongside a robust team of Salesforce professionals
  • Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
