Administrative Tasks

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to help support sales organization processes
  • Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs
  • Support SFDC userbase with day-to-day tasks
  • Setup users and maintain security. Create and provide training and materials to help support SFDC userbase
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards

Developer Tasks

  • Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflow rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain third-party applications
  • Monitor and ensure SFDC data quality through validation and de-duplication processes
  • Develop and maintain data sharing between SFDC and enterprise applications

Required Experience

  • 5+ Years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Good knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Full knowledge of Salesforce, including Lightning
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage and drive multiple projects at a time
  • Experience with development tools such as GIT, IDE, and metadata API
  • Experience with Data Loader, Lightning Experience, Quoting, Forecasting
  • A commitment to Agile methodology. You have experience working in a SCRUM environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SFDC Certified Platform Developer
  • Experience with Triggers, Apex, Visualforce, HTML, SQL/SOQL, Web-to-Lead, Multiple Currencies, Salesforce1
  • Ruby and Python development experience is a plus
  • Experience with Workday, Zendesk, Teleopti, Talkdesk, Dell Boomi is a plus
