Salesforce Support Specialist/Administrator - Chicago, IL - $70k-$75k
Mason Frank has a new client who is seeking a to find a Salesforce Support Specialist/Admin in the Greater Chicago Area. This is a full-time permanent position. This role is dynamic and provides the support of a strong Salesforce team to work alongside.
This position offers great growth potential and exciting opportunities for travel.Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and lead Salesforce user training
- Oversee the development of the Salesforce software lifecycle
- Gather feedback from project managers and end users to implement new solutions
- Create reports, dashboards, workflows
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2+ years with Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Preferred experience with Pardot and Community Cloud
- Background in training and hands-on admin experience
