Job Description


Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead a book of business of enterprise level accounts working on renewals year after year.
  • Manage customer on-boarding have a strong knowledgeable of our product, customer Journey methodology and processes to be able to explain these to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute on customer success plans
  • Increase adoption and expansion of product to clients



Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience with enterprise level accounts
  • Experience using Salesforce on an administrative level, experience with CSM tools like Gainsight, Zendesk
  • Enjoy problem solving and ability to translate business requirements into product requirements
