My client is a rapidly growing online services company, utilising technology to drive sales and growth. They're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to come on board and help guide their growth with Salesforce.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Working within a team to manage, improve and train their current user base of 2400
  • Daily administrative tasks generating reports and dashboards, Configuration and Customisation
  • Collaborating with developers to verify and test that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Working with end users and clients to gather, define, and understand business requirements

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Reporting/Analytics, Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce EMEA compliance & security
  • Salesforce Certifications ADM 201, ADM 211, Sales cloud and Service cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Flexibility as the role will involve working with different countries and thus will involve some late evening calls and meetings
