  • Experience leading Salesforce requirements gathering sessions, business process flow documentation, and configuration experience preferred.

  • Experience documenting and analyzing sales processes, procedures, and/or policies. Proficient in data manipulation, data cleansing, and report creation.


  • Ability to create objects and custom workflows.


  • Experience integrating third party applications into SFDC enterprise environment.


  • Management of SFDC user accounts and roles to maintain a secure and validated state Exceptional problem‐solving skills.


  • Follows through with initiatives, assignments, and issues without direction and communicates updates and statuses effectively.


  • Application of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Visio.


  • Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.


  • Problem solving & Decision Making / Adaptability & Flexibility. High level of customer service displaying a positive attitude.
