Salesforce Financial Services Sales Lead - Up to £90k base + OTE - London

Headquartered in London, a Platinum Salesforce consulting partner who have been experiencing consistent year on year growth are on the lookout for a champion Sales Lead to join their team.

Derived from years of experience in providing customer solutions, they have the ability to tailor their services to small medium businesses all the way up to enterprise. They have a strong emphasis on delivering their services with a personalised approach, gaining a track record of positive customer experience. Their key services include Salesforce multi-cloud technology and transformation capabilities.

Job Description

You will be working to generate new business opportunities within the financial services sector, targeting UK based enterprise level accounts with a particular focus on the London area.

A key component of this role is to build relationships and establish yourself within the salesforce ecosystem. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be personable, engaging and capable of building long-lasting professional relationships. This is of paramount importance due to the long-term focus of the role.

There will be an expectation to attend the head office in central London 1 - 2 days a week, with the rest of your time spent in the field meeting clients. You will also be given a great a degree of autonomy as to how you will manage your diary.

With regards to the salary, there is a generous basic of up to £90k on offer for the right candidate (depending on experience) with a flat percentage of commission on all sales closed.

Skills + Qualification
  • Strong knowledge and experience selling into financial services organisations
  • Proven track record of building successful business at enterprise level
  • CRM sales experience
  • Salesforce exposure is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities
