Job Description

You will be working very closely with the development and maintenance of all SFDC applications and integration's. You will be managing the processes, enabling tools and workflows to work in their highest efficiency. This position is a great opportunity for you to expand on your current Salesforce administration experience while implementing your past knowledge. This role allows you deeper insight and understanding of Salesforce through hands-on administration projects. Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day Salesforce CRM system
  • Manage implementation (security, user set-up, training, management of fields, layouts, lead assignments troubleshooting and genreal sales assistance)
  • Manage CPQ implementation and continuous evaluation of improved process automation
  • QA testing and change management
  • Maintain functional day-to-day operations, upgrades, lead management and third party integration's
  • Sales, Service, and Finance Tool Management (maintenance, training, contract management, and budgeting process for tools integrated and on Force.com platform)
  • The ability and desire to run a state-of-the-art AFDC instance is a must
  • Lead the implementation of a business intelligence tool and creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to drive the business
  • Manage data, from implementing account creation process and stat integration procedures to creation reports and dashboards
  • Assist in creating and presenting meaningful business intelligence to drive business success

Skills & Qualifications
  • Special interest to those with CPQ background
  • Very strong background in the technical side of Salesforce administrative work
  • Experience in diverse Salesforce administrative projects
