Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide full support to end-users
  • Manage the implementation of Salesforce including issues, risks, timelines, design implications and technology dependencies
  • Stay current with system roadmap and strategic direction to understand the functionality and behavior of software to drive business value

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge and experience with Lightning components
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
