Job Description


Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day business administration tasks for Salesforce
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, triggers, workflows, approval processes, installed packages, user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules, security, and user provisioning
  • Develop reports and create list views to improve users' effectiveness



Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, reports, validation rules, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, triggers, approval processes, installed packages, user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security controls
  • Experience in quickly translating business needs into technical requirements
