Marketing Operations Manager - London

As the Marketing Operations Manager you will be taking ownership of Pardot on a global scale as well as working hands-on with a wider MarTech stack and Salesforce.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for taking ownership of Pardot and ensuring that the platform is fit for purpose. This will involve working closely with a broad variety of stakeholder in the business on a global scale. You will be working hands-on with Pardot on a daily basis and funnelling leads as well using your analytical skill set to provide insights that will be useful to the sales team. Another element of this role will involve driving sales and marketing alignment and ensuring that the sales team see the value in the MQLs that you are delivering. There will be a huge amount of autonomy in this role as well as the opportunity to demonstrate a clear impact.

Key Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on Pardot experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Confident building nurture programmes and lead scoring
  • Confident with analytics
  • Confident engaging with variety of stakeholders
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Data visualisation experience (e.g. Tableau) is beneficial
  • Pardot certifications are beneficial
