MuleSoft Technical Lead

A Platinum Salesforce Partner are looking for an experienced Technical Lead developer to join their fast-paced and established MuleSoft team. The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their knowledge, experience and great teamwork ethos to support them in delivering more exceptional projects for their Customers. Responsibilities include

  • Mentoring our young team, instilling best practice and imparting your knowledge and experience
  • Coaching our team to be delivering to maximum value and efficiency for the benefits of our customers
  • Supporting our pre-sales team in the scoping of new business opportunities using MuleSoft

Essential Skills

  • Must Have:
  • 3 + years' integration experience in a development role
  • Mule Dev & Mule Architect Certified (or equal experience)
  • Expertise in working in an Agile development environment
  • Lead experience of SCRUM development teams
  • Enterprise integration delivery experience on other non-Mulesoft platforms
  • Deep real-world Force.com integration deliveries experience of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments such as HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, RESTful/SOAP Webservices, Java, C++, and ASP
  • GIT and Continuous Integration experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM subject preferred

  • Desired:
  • Wider Salesforce qualifications - e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification
  • Experience cross a range of Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • Wider Salesforce technical experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Lightning
  • Background in people development
  • A presence within the wider Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. user groups, etc)

  • Communication - Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your communication to senior leadership, junior staff and customers
  • Motivate and champion - Ability to motivate, develop and champion a team
  • Adaptable - excellent ability to adopt a flexible work style in changing circumstances and shift priorities when necessary
  • Strong analytical skills - strong ability to collect and analyse information
