As a Retention Specialist you will be required to take ownership of the customer contact strategy as well as collaboration with the in house content team. This includes optimising and analysing the campaigns making continuous improvements to the customers journey.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain customer journeys through the Marketing Cloud
  • Design and develop dynamic and personalised emails and SMS messages using AMPscript
  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy together with the marketing and CRM team



Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder and Audience Builder
  • Working experience with AMPscript, HTML, an understanding of SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
