Role & Responsibilities
Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare (tests) for upgrades
Work alongside the management team to identify suitable operational and release processes to assist development, administrative and change management activities
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, and work with the team to translate these into solutions
Preparing and delivering training for new users
Skills & Qualifications
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and able to manage and prioritise a high volume of simultaneous requests
Able to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Must demonstrate great communication skills
