Salesforce Architect, Choice of offices (DACH)/Remote

Verify strength and integrity of solutions recommended. Act as advisor for team and clients, and coach for junior Salesforce employees. Effective client and team communication is a must.


Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct research into clients' uses of Salesforce
• Bridge the gap between the team and the customers to create proofs of concept
• Review solutions and recommend improvements
• Refine Salesforce product backlog
• Own the design of solutions for Sales, Service, etc
• Act as manager
• Provide user guidance including documentation
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership position in Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications in: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or other.
• Outstanding written communication
