Role & Responsibilities
  • Configure, support, administer the organisation's Salesforce platform
  • Assist various internal Salesforce users across the company
  • Suggest improvements and alternatives to configuration of the system
  • Suggest and agree on technological solutions in line with business needs and requirements
  • Various configuration tasks, such as flows, validation rules etc
  • Developing business requirements and specifications in line with stakeholders' requirements

Desired Skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Administration certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration e.g. Process builder, flows, workflows, Salesforce formula fields etc
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills
  • Experience leading a team (preferred)
  • Problem solving capabilities, attention to detail, data handling skills
