A proven track record in the delivery or technical projects is essential. Salesforce certification and Project Management certification would be a distinct advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementation engagements.
Managing resource requirements and Delivery Team members.
Manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle in a fast paced environment including project mobilisation, process design, system configuration & customisation, testing, integration, data migration, deployment and business adoption activities.
Define and manage the project roadmap, project plans, roles and responsibilities and communications plan.
Be central to the delivery team throughout the entire lifecycle, experienced in agile and waterfall delivery.
Team working with technical staff to deliver the best solution against client requirements on the Salesforce.com platform.
Facilitation of client workshops to present, validate and achieve stakeholder consensus on solution approaches, requirements, plans and change requests.
Create status reports for management stakeholders.
Manage agreed project scope.
Strong client focus at all times.
Ability to work under pressure, and deliver.
At times, assist with proposal definition and attend meetings/calls in a presales capacity.
Skills & Qualifications
5 years (min) experience in Project Management.
Previous experience working with Enterprise level clients.
