Salesforce Technical Lead | Remote (some travel) | $160k+

Join a mission-driven team that consists of Admins and Developers who are focused on Field Service Development and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform leveraging declarative and programmatic features where appropriate
  • Partner with business stake holders including product owners and other cross functional teams to ensure business needs are addressed
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and strive to deliver intuitive experiences for users
  • Enjoy developing modern cloud applications that are secure, scalable, and responsive

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • 5-6+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC)
  • Familiar with declarative Salesforce features including auto-launched and screen flows
  • Understanding of the standard Salesforce data model and when custom objects may be require
  • Working knowledge of Agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with SFDC APIs and web services (REST & SOAP)
  • Designing and implementing CI/CD automated deployment processes
  • Integration of Salesforce with external systems, including middleware tools
  • Experience with the following Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, FSL
  • Field Service Development experience a plus
  • Any Salesforce Certifications are a plus
