To be successful in this role you must be adaptable and excited about a fast paced/quickly growing environment. The successful candidate will be able to create a Salesforce roadmap and design architecture solutions, while finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve existing business problems.

  • Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders
  • Defining features, phases, and solution requirements
  • Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
  • Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, development, training, documentation, and communicating to stakeholders
  • Hands-on understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketo)
  • Evaluating, customizing, and implementing solutions for business processes
  • Provide technical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on managed applications
  • Manage change requests including prioritization, work plans, risk management
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure solutions and applications meet business needs
  • Eventually build out a team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers beneath them

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Lightning Platform
  • Ability to build custom apps + objects, formula fields, flows, etc.
  • Experience working with APIs
  • SQL experience is a huge plus
  • Detail-oriented with troubleshooting solving problems
  • Team player with strong communication skills
