To be successful in this role you must be adaptable and excited about a fast paced/quickly growing environment. The successful candidate will be able to create a Salesforce roadmap and design architecture solutions, while finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve existing business problems.
Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders
Defining features, phases, and solution requirements
Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, development, training, documentation, and communicating to stakeholders
Hands-on understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketo)
Evaluating, customizing, and implementing solutions for business processes
Provide technical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on managed applications
Manage change requests including prioritization, work plans, risk management
Collaborate with different departments to ensure solutions and applications meet business needs
Eventually build out a team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers beneath them
5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
Ability to build custom apps + objects, formula fields, flows, etc.
Experience working with APIs
SQL experience is a huge plus
Detail-oriented with troubleshooting solving problems
Team player with strong communication skills
