Salesforce Program/Project Manager-$120k+

An organization specializing in household and consumer products is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. The business solutions team is rapidly growing and they are looking for someone to join the team and assist with delivery of critical initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to work with the IT and Business sides of the organization. This position requires someone with strong and effective communication skills who enjoys leading projects and working with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the Salesforce business
• Ability to complete project planning duties for complex projects
• Proactively lead changes in scope, schedule, resources and budget for all portfolio projects and enhancements
• Identify any issues/program/project success and develop improvement plans to lead them throughout the project life cycle
• Mentor and coach managers with the creation and maintenance of smaller projects and the completion of related items
• Build project status reports and steering team presentations that convey project status, milestone achievement, risks, issues and key next steps
• Engage with partners to ensure there is a clear understanding and alignment of the long-term vision to maintain an updated roadmap as initiatives are delivered
• Monitor the availability of internal and external (vendor) resources to complete projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years of Project Management Experience
• 5+ years working in Salesforce specific area
• Ability to accurately develop and lead multiple sophisticated project timelines concurrently is also crucial.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead multiple, conflicting priorities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required
