This position is with a client in the eCommerce space. They are seeking a Sales Ops Manager that craves a challenge and is passionate about driving user engagement and results. They serve a variety of online merchants and is looking for someone who is great at prioritizing.
They will be responsible for operationally supporting effectiveness and efficiency. They will play a dual role within the Marketing and Sales organizations as well as maintain the integrity of the process.
CRM Administration within the Salesforce platform
Sales/Marketing Analytics, Modeling & Operational Support
Analyzing customer data to provide insights to Senior Leaders
Sales Planning and Territory Management
Manage accuracy of critical data points across systems
Participate in beta testing and implementations across various sales systems
5+ years working in Sales Operations
Experience with CRM platforms and customer solutions software
2+ years leading a team
