A Salesforce end user in the SaaS vertical is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join an established, robust team of Salesforce professionals. This person will have the opportunity to take part in a large-scale digital transformation, building out a brand new instance of Salesforce Lightning across multiple acquisitions (instead of trying to merge multiple disparate SF instances). The ideal candidate will bring a strong declarative background on Salesforce Lightning to the table, and thrives in a fast paced, SaaS environment. This person will join a team of over 10 Salesforce professionals, including Salesforce Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts. Job Requirements:
3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator on Salesforce Lightning
Proficient with flows, flowbuilder, process builder, workflows, custom pages / fields / objects, etc
Exposure to Sales and Service Cloud at minimum, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ is preferred
Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Atlissan a plus
Ability to work with CI/CD framework (Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, etc)
Experience with stakeholder management and ability to communicate cross-functionally
Basic Qualifications:
Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are not required - hands-on experience is also heavily considered
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into great consideration)
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
Essential Functions:
Act as a key point of contact for functional requirements
Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
Question around and work to identify areas of improvement for given technical requirements
Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices and highly efficient design patterns
Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
