As the VP of Salesforce Help Desk, your key priorities will be increasing user engagement and capabilities of the PWM Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. This role will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business stakeholders and Information Services teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to increase utilization and improve workflows
Receive incoming calls from WM teams and provide accurate, efficient resolutions
Collaborate with the Product Management team to identify common issues and training opportunities within Salesforce
Strong management and leadership skills
Roll up your sleeves to assist colleagues with troubleshooting and system navigation issues
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce CRM technology experience required
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business stakeholders and Information Services teams.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is a plus
Experience in Banking/Financial industry and/or Service Industry is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Leadership/management experience highly preferred
