Job:

• After a successful training phase, you will take on independent work in the IT areas of interfaces, software development, process optimization and user support, depending on your personal focus.
• You will be involved in the further development of our Salesforce organization and will be in close contact with colleagues and management
• You are the contact person for technical user questions, feedback, and bug fixes
• You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the technologies of Salesforce (and potentially ERP) and to expand your capabilities
• In the medium term, you will take over the planning and execution of projects with the possibility to also take over the management of external service providers

Profile:

• You have professional experience in the required area, a completed technical training, or a completed degree in (business) informatics
• You already have experience in a similar position and enjoy implementing and optimizing business processes with the help of a wide variety of tools, software, or your own programming
• You are eager to learn new things
• English (C1), German (A2/B1)
• You are solution-oriented, work independently and conscientiously, but you are also a team player!
