My Client, a Salesforce Partner is looking to add a Solutions Engineer to their Business Development Team. You'll work closely with current and prospective nonprofit clients to showcase possibilities that Salesforce could unlock through demos and compelling story telling.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Configure Salesforce environments for pre-sales demonstrations
  • Deliver thorough, compelling, sales presentations to potential clients
  • Occasionally lead sales discovery and assist in the scoping process
  • Uncover pain points of potential clients and identify the appropriate tech stack solution



Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of how Nonprofits utilize Salesforce (e.i. fundraising, program
    management, grant making, volunteer management etc.)
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to propose clear, compelling, and value-focused solutions to clients and executives
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit business needs




Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • Salesforce NPSP Consultant Certification
  • Experience as Solution Engineer at a SaaS Company or Salesforce partner
  • Pre-Sales Experience
  • In-depth experience with common NPSP Managed Packages
