Sr. Manager Digital Marketing (SF Pardot) | Remote | 105k
General Responsibilities and Operations
You are a service organization supporting our community engagement campaigns (digital and in person), fundraising campaigns, large donor events, community events, etc.
You use project management skills to convene cross-functional teams and strategize on digital campaign goals, approaches, and execution using data to inform goals and refine our investments.
You work closely with our content team to coordinate content delivery to maximize community growth, engagement and diversity on our various channels.
You stay up to date on industry best practices and techniques for email, social media and paid ad campaigns
Knowledge and Skills Required:
7+ years of digital marketing experience with a technical and operational focus.
2+ years of management experience (either direct reports or contractors.)
Deep experience running and executing multiple concurrent email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or other.
Expert knowledge of social media best practices and digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including remarketing).
Data-driven and analytical, you have experience tracking digital campaign and advertising results and interpreting data from multiple platforms such as Google analytics, or other in-platform analytics.
Prior experience with Salesforce and web content management systems such as Wordpress is required.
Must thrive on managing multiple projects concurrently.
