The successful candidate for this role will have Project Management experience leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects in an IT or Product Development organization.

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you'll manage Salesforce projects within the IT PMO for internal stakeholders, act as the liaison between the stakeholders and internal resources, and third-party consultants by serving as the primary customer contact during the life cycle of the projects
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams and functional analysts to ensure projects are delivered within project scope, on time, on budget and with high-quality deliverables.
  • You'll utilize waterfall and agile methodologies using a software development lifecycle to support project execution with the flexibility to adjust for specific needs and expectations.
  • Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, schedule, and resource allocation for analysis and design, configuration, system integrations, data migration, etc.



Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience in an IT or Product development organization.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and/or implementing CRM projects for small and mid-size companies
  • Demonstrated experience with principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating, and technical administration of budgeting and key organization functions.
  • Strong business acumen and organization leadership skills; assertive and diplomatic; self-directing; able to manage up and down the organization with influence; willing to hold others accountable.
  • Possess the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and present possible solutions.
  • Proficiency with tools, such as ERP/ D365/ Agile, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project a plus
  • ServiceMax experience a plus
