This Mission driven company focuses on helping nonprofit companies reach their potential through digital transformation. You will have the opportunity to work in various Salesforce Clouds like Sales, Service, and NPSP. This role offers a competitive base salary contingent on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Functional leader for Customer Engagements
  • Lead functional and business process team
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders to identify needs
  • Translate technical functionality to non-technical client leadership
  • Integrate business needs and technology solutions for clients
  • Manage resource requirements for each Project
  • Development of proposals as needed
  • Understand and Develop custom Objects as needed
  • Strong analysis skills to drive insights from data and make business recommendations

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflict
  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills
  • Extensive Salesforce experience
  • Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
